Dear Mr. Payne
I am terribly sorry to post here something that does not fit, but I have to. :( I am a J-list customer and I have very serious problems with my shipment. Please don't tell me to contact you on you website contact channels, because I wrote very very much about it, but no one seems to care a little bit about me no matter what I write, what I do.
I kindly ask you to help me, you are the only one that can solve my problem. I didn't find your e-mail adress, so please contact me at mi-chan@freemail.hu. If you really care about your customers, please help me with this case! I will let you know every little detail dating back to about 20th November 2007. I don't know who will help me if you won't.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully:
Reka Bognar
